House of Mirrors
The only thing I can't doubt is my awareness of the present. That is the undeniable fact: Consciousness exists. Everything else is a mystery.
Awareness expresses itself as reality, a three-dimensional world where things occur in time. The origin of such awareness is unknowable and outside of the realm of consciousness.
Milliard legends have been imagined trying to explain this mystery, but behind their dogmatic arrogance, the fact remains that they are just tales.
That fundamental mystery and that fundamental certainty constitute the basis of all wars, all religions and all philosophies.
The mystery is the source off all our anguish, the certainty, our reason for hope.
We are lost and lonely creatures trapped in a house of mirrors trying to catch a glimpse of ourselves in the distorted mirages that surround us.
